And in the first election where the Internet is truly a player in driving the conversation, they'll get a much wider audience than ever before. The radio talkers will pick them up and broadcast them. Warbloggers and other "right-leaning" web pundits (both real and imagined) will link to them. The more they weave their way into the conversation, the more they will weigh against Kerry in the minds of people who haven't already made a decision. And I haven't seen anything from his defenders with the ability to counter it.
